After a few weeks of gradually going downhill, and feeling frustrated, I’m deciding to take a one week break from all exercise. That means no spin class, no TRX, and no running. I’m finding it hard to back off a little – I feel like I’m losing my “edge.” Silly, huh? I’m hoping that a week break from hard exercise will give me a little more sleep and I’ll be able to re-coup so that I can run the long run next Saturday. Maybe if I eat healthy, do some yoga, and practice some positive thinking, I’ll be on track for the Half-Marathon in May.
